Prototype Molds

Unlike our competitors, there are NO geometry or plastic material limitations to our Rapid Prototype Molds. We can build from high grade Aluminum or P-20 and incorporate either hand-loads or slides / lifters to create undercuts or side actions. We can build a complete prototype mold that the customer will own when completed, or we can provide parts only and we will build cavity / core inserts to fit our internal mold bases. Our RP molds produce dimensionally correct, production quality parts with average delivery in two to fifteen days.

Production Molds

We build Production molds ranging from low-run production molds to high-run production molds of class 101 standards. We use P-20, High Hard P-20, DH2F, H-13, S-7, and 420 Stainless Steel to achieve the tooling you need and the quality and life expectancy you would expect from a production mold. We offer cold sprue, hot sprue, hot tip and valve gate options for gating. We can build the manifold system or purchase a complete hot half from a supplier of your choice; Single cavity, multi-cavity or even family production molds. We also offer texturing and diamond polishing. Average delivery time is two to six weeks for all production molds.
