VMC series Vertical Machining Center is the machine tool of a new generation by ZZGC company with introduction of the advanced technology .The distinctive hardening plastic coated hard rail guide way of the machine tool is not only suitable for processing of precision parts like plate,disc and shell,but also applicable for mould process.It has the ATC system ,fully enclosed protective shield ,automatic lubrication system,cooling system,automatic chip removal device,manual spray gun and portable MPG.The parts after first clamping can complete many machining processes including milling,probing ,expending,hinging and tapping and featured by the advantages of high degree of automation, high reliability , easy and pleasant operation , nice overall shape , as well as high degree mechanical and electrical integration .

Widely used in machining and tooling for manufacturing vertical centers , able to adapt from roughing to finishing the processing requirements , to be completed by milling , drilling , tapping , boring and many other processes .
