Cut To Length Line
Description of machine
The series of shearing line is for the metal rolling plate after coiling, leveling, fixed length, cutting into the
required length flat sheet and stacking.
It is suitable for processing cold-rolled and hot-rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel
and various metal materials after coated zinc on surface.
Cross cutting line consists of loading car, uncoiler, leveling, feeding mechanism, cutting machines,
transport equipment, stacking equipment and other components.

leveling in high accuracy with flatness within ≤2mm/m2.
It is used to cut the coil into the plate with required length and width. It is suitable to hot rolled carbon steel
