Production Flow
We have two CNC lathe, it allows our professional workers to produce some difficult round parts
Some core pin and ejector pin will have long hole, then it comes to deep hole drilling. We can finish deep hole as long as 450mm. The tolerance of hole depth is general controlled within 1mm and 0.5mm is also available if needed.
We have two sets of cylindrical grinder and two sets of centerless grinder. The largest part we could finish can be diameter 400mm and smallest can be 1mm. The longest round part we could make is about 800mm length.
4 sets of Mitsubishi EDM machines and 10 sets of other brand EDM mahines make us possible toensure EDM precision within 0.005mm.For some parts that need special smoothness even mirror surface,we could handle with the mitsubishi EDM machines,which ensures Ra0.15.
